This lesson is divided into two parts, the first part is about the study of some marketing knowledge, how to do publicity. The second part is about the review of knowledge.
We started learning a little bit about PR, which was a major I wanted to study when I was new to fashion management. Because the PR of the brand not only requires strong communication skills, but also needs to have a rich understanding of the brand. PR is not only to deal with some urgent difficulties for the brand, but also to establish a brand image and maintain a relationship with the brand. PR not only to understand the knowledge of design, the knowledge of business and the knowledge of the media.
PR also contains some speeches, shows, event launches, charity projects, merchandise cards, seeding, press conferences, etc. I used to work as a PR assistant in a company in China, and PR needed to maintain brand relationships across platforms. In my project, I’m going to do an event release, which is the design of the pop-up store, and the rendering of the pop-up store has been covered in the vm class.
In the second half of today’s lesson, we reviewed what we learned before, starting with the marketing mix. Sarah told us again the difference between mission objective and AIM. I happened to have this problem on my homework, and after Sarah finished speaking, I had a clearer direction. Later, Sarah reviewed the content of STP, and after listening to the review class, I felt that my own STP was too superficial, and I still needed to do more research to learn more. Especially about the position part of the brand.
