The second business class is an online class. Today we learned about range plan and customer profile.  In the first class, we have to choose a brand and analyze a series of products. I chose prada, and I analyzed his menswear.  Prada’s men’s clothing design has a wide range of products, from jackets to suits, formal and casual, and even pajamas and swimwear.  Then we learned to analyze the range, there are three types, which are distinguished from the price.  Then the teacher asked us a few questions about this knowledge point, and I found that I was proficient in it.  I think this knowledge is very practical. It can help me analyze the brand’s positioning in the market more accurately when writing my thesis. At the same time, I can also apply this knowledge when doing competitor analysis reports.

Then we did a range plan with sunglasses, which was a very interesting process.

 After class, the teacher assigned homework to do range plan and customer profile, which is to be analyzed based on the brand of the shop report.  The brand I chose is cdg. Since cdg has many branches, I think customer profile is a difficult point for me.  The style and price of cgd’s branch line and main line are very different, so it is difficult for me to give a very specific consumer portrait.  But the range plan process is very fun. You can change the mood board from the previous mood board into a print and add it to the clothes drawn by ai, and then make a range plan based on forecasting.  I enjoy the process of doing this project.
